Brief
Capacity, quantity, formula, target price and market. A focused brief is faster than a catalogue request.

Options & quote
Three matching moulds with photos, MOQ and FOB price. A new mould, if needed, is quoted separately.

Samples
Samples are chargeable and freight is at your cost. The sample date is confirmed when the sample is quoted.

Production
Starts after approval. The date is fixed in the PI per project — longer for new moulds, colour matching or peak season.

The questions buyers ask first.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 5,000 pieces per SKU. For a first project we usually start with one stock mould and one colour, then add SKUs once the bottle is approved.
How long does production take?
Production time is confirmed per project, not fixed: it depends on the mould, the colour and the quantity. We put a firm date in the quotation and in the PI before you pay a deposit.
Are samples free?
Samples are chargeable, and the freight is at the buyer's cost. A sample is a physical proof of the mould, colour and print — it is quoted item by item.
Is tooling included?
Only when a stock mould already fits your bottle. If a new shape is needed, the mould is quoted separately and openly before we start.
Which materials do you work with?
PET, HDPE, PETG and PP. Other materials can be sourced for a specific project, but they are confirmed against the mould and your filling line before we quote.
Which markets do you ship to?
Bottles are quoted FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen; freight and packing are quoted per project. We do not publish a flat shipping claim because ports, volume and packing change the number.
